Common questions

Before you start.

Will I be charged when the trial ends?
No. You use the full Starter plan for 14 days, no card. When it ends, the account is paused until you choose a plan; nothing is charged automatically.
Is the CRM available in English?
Not yet: the CRM app is currently in Spanish. This page, our privacy policy and our terms are available in English, and email support answers in English or Spanish.
Can I use the number I already have?
Yes. From the CRM you log in with Facebook, pick your number and it's connected to the official WhatsApp API in minutes. If you use the WhatsApp Business app today, in many countries you can keep using it on your phone at the same time (Meta coexistence); if it isn't available for your number, Meta tells you when you connect it.
Will the AI say anything to my customers?
No. It only answers with the information you give it about your business. If it's missing something, or the customer asks for a person, it hands the conversation to your team. You decide whether it replies on its own or only suggests replies. Each plan includes a monthly quota of AI uses.
What does Meta charge separately?
Meta charges for the templates you send (to write after 24 hours or in campaigns) and for outbound calls. You pay Meta directly, with no markup from us. Replying to a customer within 24 hours of their last message is free, and if they came from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad the free window is 72 hours.
What if a rep leaves the company?
Conversations and contacts stay in your account, not on their phone. You remove their access and reassign their customers to someone else.
How do I pay?
In US dollars (USD), with a debit or credit card that accepts USD payments, month to month with no contract. You subscribe from the CRM, under Plan and billing, and cancel whenever you want.
